Swimming is one of those exercises that is really fun to do.
Swimming is relaxing, it helps to reduce blood pressure and stress and so on
and so forth. But very few people know the science behind swimming. How do
humans swim. We are not aquatic animals, yet we can learn to swim. In fact,
humans have made swimming a sport. So how do we actually swim? It is not only
humans that can swim Many animals like tigers and sloths are also good
swimmers.
The right secret
to what makes some animals great swimmers is, the right combination of fat and muscle.
The body should possess enough fat to stay buoyant and enough muscles to propel
it through the water, whether it is in a river or in a high tech swimming pool.
So the body fat has to be at the right percentage. No more or no less. In fact,
people who are really muscular, or have less fat in their body find it really
hard to swim, and are also bad swimmers. This could be reason that you or someone
else is a bad swimmer, or it could be that you or that someone else do not have
the necessary skills to become a swimmer. Skills apply here just as much as your
physique.
There are ways you can improve your
physique to make it more able to swim. You can do the right exercises, you can
eat the right food, you can get the right sleep and so on and so forth. But remember
in your pursuit to become the World’s best swimmer . You might not want to over do it. Concentrate on other sports as
well like cycling and weight lifting, to keep the balance. For smartpools that
